The Design

The Design is our in-depth travel planning service for itineraries that ask for real thinking - multi-stop journeys, complex logistics, or trips where every day needs to feel intentional. The fee is $350 per week of travel, with a minimum of one week, always agreed before work begins.

We craft the arc of the trip, then move through the details: day-by-day pacing, accommodation and transport, non-commissionable stays such as private villas or design-forward rentals, restaurant reservations, private guides, and activity curation. It is particularly well suited to multi-destination routes, milestone travel, and small-group trips.

Throughout, we hold both the creative and the practical - how the journey should feel, and how it will function. Commission earned through bookings is kept transparent and sits alongside the planning fee, reflecting our considered approach to gathering, travel, and creative work rather than obscuring the true cost of design.
