Gatherings and celebrations through Apiary Co. are designed to feel unhurried, personal, and quietly luxurious, whether you are hosting ten people at a long table or marking a larger milestone in New York City. We think in arcs rather than checklists - how guests arrive, what they notice first, how the evening deepens.

We begin with a complimentary discovery call, listening for what this moment needs to hold. From there, we shape the experience - space, flow, sensory details, creative partners - and manage production so you can be fully present on the day. Pricing is always scoped individually according to vision, scale, and the level of support you need, rather than pre-set packages. For weddings, we work through our sister practice, The Styled Stem, bringing the same considered approach to gathering, travel, and creative work. Wedding inquiries are welcomed, where design and production are carried with the same care, just within a dedicated wedding studio.
