ART NABE is a roving pop-up arts market and music showcase, a travelling platform built to highlight emerging creatives in each city it enters. As producer for the Philadelphia edition, I managed vendor sourcing, artist curation, site logistics, and day-of execution. The particular challenge of a roving series is that the production infrastructure has to be rebuilt in each new city: new relationships, new vendors, new permitting landscape. Philadelphia required learning how to navigate a residency market quickly and earn the trust of a local creative community that had no prior relationship with the series.
