A destination birthday experience for six guests in Bal Harbour, Miami, designed and executed end to end. Scope included full itinerary development, accommodation and activity booking, and group coordination in the lead-up to the trip. What distinguished this engagement was presence: I travelled with the group and served as on-site host and real-time concierge throughout, managing logistics and troubleshooting as the trip unfolded. For Kellie and her guests, the experience felt seamless. Sustaining that seamlessness on the ground, across six people with different needs, was the work.
